Terms of Service

Effective October 25, 2026

These Terms govern your use of GoodGen, the video generation service at goodgen.ai, which is operated by Jamex Media Group LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company (“GoodGen”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use GoodGen.

1. Who can use GoodGen

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use GoodGen for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that business.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@goodgen.ai if you think it has been misused.

3. The service

GoodGen generates video from your prompts and the reference files you upload, using third-party AI models (currently ByteDance’s Seedance 2.5, Alibaba’s Wan 3.0 Prime and Higgsfield’s Genjutsu, provided to us through model hosting providers). The models and their providers apply their own safety systems, which may refuse a request. Generated videos can be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to other people’s results. We may change, add or remove features, models and limits, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

4. Credits and payment

• Generation is paid for with prepaid credits. One credit is worth one US cent. The credits a run will use are shown before you start it, and they’re taken when the run starts.
• Credits are bought in packs through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and include any fees we charge; your bank may add its own.
• Credits have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and don’t expire while GoodGen operates.
• If a run fails, including when the model’s safety check refuses it, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

“Inputs” are the prompts and files you submit; “Outputs” are the videos generated for you. As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you have in your Inputs and you own your Outputs, subject to these Terms and to any rights third parties hold in material that appears in them.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and transmit your Inputs and Outputs only as needed to run, secure and support the service for you, including sending them to our model and infrastructure providers. We don’t use your content to train AI models, and we don’t publish it.

You’re responsible for your Inputs and for how you use your Outputs. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of any identifiable person who appears in it.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may review, refuse, remove or report content, and suspend or close accounts, when we reasonably believe that policy or these Terms have been broken.

7. Our property

GoodGen, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These Terms don’t give you any right to them beyond using the service as intended. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

GoodGen is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service or its Outputs will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to GoodGen is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You’ll defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using GoodGen and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service or others. If we close an account without cause, we’ll refund its unused purchased credits.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use GoodGen after that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@goodgen.ai so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, the courts located in Puerto Rico have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the consumer protection law of the place you live gives you the right to bring a claim there. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.
