Acceptable Use Policy

GoodGen is for making original, lawful video. This policy applies to everything you submit and everything you generate. The models we use also apply their own safety checks, which may refuse requests this policy would allow.

You may not use GoodGen to create, upload or share

• Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or content that appears to involve minors. We report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic content.
• Intimate, sexual or degrading content depicting a real person, or any content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
• Deceptive content that impersonates a real person or organization, or that could mislead people about real events, elections or public safety.
• Content that harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes hatred or violence against people based on who they are.
• Content that promotes terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm, or serious violence.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, including uploading files you don’t have the right to use.
• Content for fraud, scams, spam, malware, or any other illegal purpose.

You also may not

• Try to get around the models’ safety systems, our limits, or our payment system.
• Share, sell or transfer your account, or create accounts to avoid a suspension.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with GoodGen, or access it in automated ways we haven’t enabled.
• Upload other people’s personal information without a lawful basis.

Enforcement

We may refuse or remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal activity. Serious or repeated violations lead to account closure without a refund of credits. If you believe we made a mistake, write to us and we’ll review it.
