Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information GoodGen collects when you use goodgen.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. GoodGen is operated by Jamex Media Group LLC (“we”, “us”), which is responsible for your personal information. We collect as little as we can to run the service.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, when you joined and last signed in, and when you accepted our Terms.
- Your content: the prompts you write, the files you upload as references, and the videos generated for you.
- Payments: Stripe processes your card details; we never see or store them. We receive your purchase amount, the credits bought, and a Stripe customer reference.
- Usage: your credit history and the runs you start (settings, status, timing).
- Technical: your IP address is used briefly to protect sign-in and prevent abuse, and is stored only as a short-lived one-way hash. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and there are no third-party trackers on GoodGen.
How we use it
- To provide the service: sign you in, generate videos, store your library, and keep your credit balance.
- To take payments and send receipts and sign-in codes.
- To keep GoodGen secure, enforce our policies, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To answer your questions and meet legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t share it for advertising, and we don’t use your content to train AI models.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare hosts GoodGen, stores your files and sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Our model providers (Runware, which runs ByteDance’s Seedance and Alibaba’s Wan models, and Yapper, which runs Higgsfield’s Genjutsu) receive your prompt and reference files to generate each video.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to report child sexual abuse material.
- A buyer or successor, if GoodGen is ever sold or reorganized, under this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content until you delete them. Deleting a video removes it from your library and our storage. Deleting your account signs you out everywhere and removes your email, references and videos; files are purged from storage shortly after. We keep payment and credit records as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Your choices and rights
You can delete videos and references, or your whole account, at any time in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@goodgen.ai. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to object to or restrict processing and to complain to a regulator. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
Connections are encrypted, sign-in codes and sessions are stored only as hashes, your files are private to your account, and service keys are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email safe.
Children
GoodGen is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
International transfers
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
